There comes a time in every creative project when you begin to suspect that your client isn’t actually one person. At first, everything seems normal. They use words like, “Love the direction. Great work.” Fantastic! Then, approximately 17 minutes later: “Can we make it more corporate?” Interesting. Three hours later: “Actually, leadership wants it younger.” Leadership? There was no leadership.
The following morning: “Can we see something premium but also playful and perhaps disruptive?” Disruptive to what? The Geneva Convention?
